Rodney D. Hainje Rod Hainje brings the Indiana Venture Center significant consulting experience across various industries, including chemical, energy, insurance, and manufacturing. Hainje leverages his broad experience to assist Indiana Venture Center clients with key issues facing growing companies, such as business planning, strategy, and capital acquisition. In working with high growth companies, Hainje challenges them to think critically about their businesses, forcing them to examine the prevailing assumptions about their marketplace and helping them to better articulate and communicate their value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders. Prior to joining the Indiana Venture Center, Hainje was a consultant with Alder Associates, a boutique consulting firm focused on strategy implementation and leadership development. Prior to that, he spent four years as a consultant within the Strategic Services practice of Computer Sciences Corporation. Hainje’s skills span a variety of strategic analysis techniques, such as market and industry research, customer segmentation and analysis, competitive analysis, and various types of financial and economic modeling. Hainje also has experience in long-range planning, operating model design, business process reengineering, and implementation planning. Hainje has a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management. |
